Position Overview:
As a member of our Technical Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in driving our innovative solutions to market. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with the technical expertise necessary to implement our cutting-edge technologies. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of sales and technology, contributing to the advancement of smart automation and image-enabled robotics.
We Require:
- Experience in sales or technical support within the technology sector, preferably in robotics or machine vision.
- Strong understanding of machine vision technologies, applied artificial intelligence, and robotic guidance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in robotics and machine vision.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in machine vision and robotic guidance.
